You can get the translation as an on/off feature by downloading the animated stories from bookbox[dot]com. Download a sample free story from the website in English or in any of the 16 available languages.
On YouTube your learning options are:
1) See the story first in a language you are comfortable with (say English)
2) See the same story in the language you are learning (say Hebrew)
Not a great demonstration of the app, because there are no English subtitles visible…
