The close to an episode of Shalom Sesame, as aired on public television in the late 1980s. Shalom Sesame is owned by Sesame Workshop.

the jtv i think is airing the old episodes sundays at 9 and noon. i’ve seen this episode jerusalem and kibbutz on that channel
Lucky for you Winnipeg that this was taken from a Detroit station and you never uploaded any from WTVS.
I’m sure this was WTVS. These may have aired as specials during the Passover and/or Hanukkah period…
What PBS station was that from? WTVS in Detroit, Michigan (which it was added to cable in Winnipeg in 1989) and WGTE in Toledo, Ohio never had it.
This was from TV. That would explain the PBS logo on the end.
Was it from TV or from VHS? If VHS, What volume and characters seen on the front cover? From what I seen is Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster, Grover, and The Count.
I know that. What I meant was “What music did you think they used on the funding credits?”
the song is the theme song of Rechov Sumsum
What music did you think they used?
Wow, I didn’t know that Shalom Sesame Street used the US version’s funky chimes on the funding credits
Ahhhh sha shesh.
