I did ulpan 35 years ago. Anybody know if my old friends are around still?
Inez (66 now) from South Africa, Raul from Brazil, Mickie Klein from
Elat, Elsa the German Shephard, and his wife and kibbutz Nurse and all
their kids (lots of kids I heard!)……I Was a fishpond girl (the first) and
worked with all the guys, plus Pinchas, Jackie from Belgium (must be close
to 80 now) Shlomo, Hillel, and many others. Still one of the best years of
my life ever! I love Ma’agan Michael and Ma’ayin Zvi and always will.
Still fluent in hebrew believe it or not. Now that my 4 kids are grown up
and out of the house, I am planning a trip back. Can’t wait to look up old
(literally, we are all old now) friends. Anyone remember me?
